A small enamel on metal Pin Badge showing the “Miss Pick Up”nose art design which is currently on the nose of our aircraft – Miss Pick Up, named so as the Catalina was used to “pick up” (in it’s search and rescue mode) pilots and crews shot down by the enemy, mainly over the sea. Dimensions are approximately 2.5cm x 2.5cm.
